Three days before Sadie took my little family’s pictures, I reached out and asked if she had any availability. She was not only quick to respond but willing to accommodate at such a short notice (not always something that can work out). I was SO grateful I reached out!
We discussed some of the style and background I was interested in seeing during the between of the seasons. I didn’t want the overall look or feel to be locked in during the fall time or Christmas.
Sadie found this simple evergreen background and was ready to capture some beautiful moments for our family.
We had a blast working with her! She paid close attention to the details of lighting and asking my four year old to put his chin up.
Her love and experience with family’s showed in the energy and thoughtfulness she brought to working with us. It doesn’t have to be pulling teeth to capture your family in this current stage of life. It can actually be super enjoyable!

On top of photographing my newborn, she also offered to include photos with my toddler meeting his little brother for the first time.
